Slightly OT but there is a significant difference between "Reasonable Endeavours" and "Best Endeavours" in Contract Law with the latter imposing a greater legal duty on the party of which such endeavours are required.
Perhaps so, but I still won't sign contracts where 'Best Endeavours' is my only recourse. My general view is that penalty clauses work best - put your money where your mouth is.
