Your daughter must call the special OMW telephone no. and not the regular AC reservation no. in case of a flight disruption. She does not need to contact any AC ground agent unless so instructed by the OMW desk. It's even better than having SE status in such a situation.

lets see, for an SE that flys lets say 100 flights a year. He has acess to the consierge at both arrival and departure airports plus the SE line. If things arnt off the hook, the consierge usualy calls you before you can even figure out their is a problem with your flight. So if you flew the 100 segments, and paid for OMW versus what an SE gets free, you would pay 3500$ assuming all short hop flights.
Not to say OMW isnt a bad idea to a non-SE, but saying it is better then an SE benefit, um, lol!
