I've not travelled via Paris Orly previously, so I'm hoping the learned folk on the BA forum can assist. I'm looking at a connectiion from IB to BA on separate tickets, with 1hr 20min between scheduled arrival and departure.
I'll won't have any checked-through baggage, and will be armed with my boarding pass, so barring any significant delays, is this a reasonable amount of time to transfer at ORY?

It is tight but possible if inbound on time. I presume you are connecting to the LHR flight - if you are aiming for the 1940h I would be a bit more nervous as security queues are quite often tragic for this flight (though the flight is usually late anyway...)
Personally, I would be a bit twitchy about doing a connection so short on separate tickets.
