I used OMW for a YYC - EWR trip booked during hurricane Irene. 5 rings, a super helpful agent and 3 minutes later and I was rebooked. I wanted to rebook outside the 3 day change window the website was allowing and the OMW agent did this for me no questions asked and with no change fee. I am a fan.
