This has been bothering me for awhile.
Ever since I read about tsa photo-copying people's ID it didn't seem legal. So I ask the board:
When traveling thru an Airport Can you keep physical control of your ownID?

I realize that ID must be shown to travel and transit security at an airport, BUT can you not keep ahold of it to prevent unwarranted copying by tsa?

It does not seem right for tsa to copy ID!
