The only way I know how to do it is to use the multi-quote button (to the right of the quote button) to select all the posts in question and then hitting "quote" when all are selected to bring up the reply window. Then copy & paste to get the formatting/timeline correct. I'm sure there is another way that others know but that's how I do it.
