This is pretty inaccurate.
It will either be an individual screen in the seat in front of you or, if you get one that doesn't have that, it will be no IFE at all. There are no 738s with overhead screens any more.
Otherwise it is a domestic F seat, possibly slightly upgraded meal service and free booze. Plus access to the PClub in EWR prior to departure.
