I'm thinking about staying at the Conrad vs. JW Marriott. Are these two hotels fairly comparable?

During the dates I am interested in, some nights are showing 200K points/night as opposed to the normal 50k points/night for a regular Cat 7 hotel room. I guess they don't have any standard rooms for those dates.
