SWA has a long history of allowing its FAs & pilots to be arbiters or acceptable outfits. So much so that I'm surprised the ACLU hasn't been in touch. Remember this guy?

Surprised these crew members aren't being disciplined. Are there provisions in the COC that allow for the crew to assess your dress without common standard?
Either way, why is it that SWA seems to be the airline that has more customer conflicts in this area.
Ridiculous!
