I don't mind the music, it's generally played at a level that fades in to the background. My biggest bugbear is the ignoramuses who insist in shouting down their mobile phones, laptops or headsets.

Why do people feel the need to shout when using these devices? When I use mine I speak at the same level as I do when speaking to the person sat next to me.
