EasyUpdate is being unusually verbose
A friend reports that United EasyUpdate has sent her three reminder e-mails and made two phone calls (at 1 a.m. and at midnight Pacific time on separate days) to remind her that an upcoming flight on Tuesday morning is still scheduled for an on-time departure.
She did tell it "contact me at any time" (to slightly increase the odds of finding out about a cancellation) but I don't think she was expecting the system to be so clingy.
Is anyone else seeing similar communications?
