Looks like you finally figured out what I warned you about with respect to your switch...I left UA/CO as my primary carrier primarily because the service at CO was such a joke. If you have not had IRROPS yet, then you're really in for a treat at some point in the near future. That's when especially the CO side of UA will underwhelm you with their attentiveness to your needs.
