Unfortunately I wish it was an exaggeration. But because of this happening, I've basically been hoarding my boarding passes. Need a new shredder b4 i toss them

It just seems like 3 in one month vs 0 in maybe 5 years on another carrier is like night and day. I never had to worry about saving BPs and receipts on AA- if I happen to be missing something all they'd have to do is look at their records.

Maybe things will change- but its just frustrating to see this happening now, as Im having to question whether or not flights will post :X
