experience not a "fine" dining experience. Cracker
Barrel is not SWA. Cracker Barrel is for people that
like to eat..not just peanuts.

Honestly, I believe at most companies they keep
changing everything around to keep employed. Otherwise
the IT people would only be maintaining the current system.
That's were a smart director steps in and doesn't keep
allowing change for change sake to the point of complete
customer dissatisfaction.
The issue at SWA is they are quantifying everything to the point
they are spending the majority of time quantifying everything.
aka chasing your trail. A company that I used to work for
had a Six Sigma trial for a year. It was a joke. No one was
getting anything accomplished except documenting Six Sigma.
Of course, there was a lot of data to show the board of directors...
It's called trying to make your job indispensable.
