I do not expect any weather waivers for ATL.

Weather.gov's forecasts are "Showers and possibly a thunderstorm" thru Tuesday; the winds are supposed be around 15 mph, "with gusts as high as 25 mph".

In short, it does not appear bad enough to cause an IRROP.... but it might be enough rain to cause street flooding. I'm hopeful that I-75/I-85 downtown will not be underwater again!
