  • The minimum average nightly rate should be at least 300$
  • Feel free to correct/adjust the estimated rates previously posted by others
  • Price fluctuations because of exhibitions, events, conferences, fairs and holidays (like NYE) shouldn't be considered
  • VIP and GLON on the other side should be considered because it is a standard benefit available to most members here (important especially for WA properties)

I will start the list with just a few properties I've in mind right now.
(curious if a property cat 6 or lower makes the cut)

  1. Beach House Maldives, A Waldorf Astoria Resort 600$-800$/1000$-1200$
  2. Conrad Maldives Rangali Island 600$-800$/1000$-1200$
  3. Conrad Tokyo 500$-600$
  4. Conrad Hong Kong 450$-550$
  5. Hilton Transcorp Abuja 400$-500$
  6. Hilton Arc de Triomphe Paris 350$-450$
I believe if you do a search, you will find not only several threads on this exact topic - but one that was even started within the last couple of weeks. @:-)
