I guarantee you, an airplane won't faint because someone pulls out a sheet of paper with an Acme bomb drawn on it and then sticks a sheet of paper, with "boom" written on it, in front of it.
What will happen is the idiot will be tackled to the floor by passengers, the air marshal will saunter in, have the passengers tape the guy to a bulkhead, report that he successfully brought the guy into custody, then blogger bob will post another "success" story on the tsa blog.
