"I've made a change to a couple of flights - just moving the date by a day - and BA want to charge me £25 to put two stickers on my paper tickets. I was hoping it wasn't true but asked in the lounge yesterday and they said 'we have to make money somehow', I'm not sure the agent was joking. Crazy! "

It is a feature of BA (and QF...though they do tend to waive it for their top tier FF members) in the UK that they charge a service fee for performing ticketing changes...on top of any change fee that applies to the ticket.
