Looks like there is a strike on and from looking at expert flyer my flight has been removed. Also by looking at ba.com my flight cannot be booked, does this mean that it has been cancelled? I am on the 12.00 departure from MXP.
No, the flight has not been cancelled as you can see from Expertflyer's flight status.
BA did inhibit any new bookings, but since in Italy strikes do get called off, they are probably waiting to see how things firm up before canceling the flight and reaccomodating/disrupting all people booked on it.
