Air Canada 777s have USB power I believe - I think it probably has more to do with which carrier than which type of aircraft.
Every aircraft in our (AC's) fleet, from the A319's up to the 777's, have USB Ports for every seat, in both Y + J. QK (Jazz) CRJ-705's also feature USB Ports for every seat.
