If you have a QF ticket
phone QF from anywhere in the world.
QF are not likely to check the rules again, unlike AA who seem to check the rules and tax calculation
QF have a US call centre. When I changed my MONE5 I phoned QF USA on a 1800 number and the change was made without problems (or cost)
