Is there any way to book a BA codeshare on AA metal if the flight is entirely within the US? For example, trying to book MIA - MSY, BA.com shows me three BA codeshares a day, but when I select the flights, it comes back with "error obtaining price quote". This happens on both the US and the UK website. Can BA codeshares only be sold as part of an international itinerary?
