Who have ultimate control to my reservation?

Hi!

As in previous post, I have my RTW ex-CAI reservation done at local BA travel shop. And I already begin the FAX communication process with Cario BA office.
The problem is the reservation suppose will expire today (since the travel shop staff read the info that this tkt need to be tkted 7-day advance, which I don't think so, anyway).

The BA travel shop voicemailed me and said she will cancel the reservation tomorrow noon if I do not response. But with the limited Fax access... I don't think I can have the thing ticketed before that by CAI.

Should I just try to ticket it with BA shop anyway, pretenting ingorant (still too risky I think), or I should talk honest that I know I cannot tkt in travel shop and just ask her to hold it anyway?

Or I should contact CAI to ask CAI to "take over" the reservation? Can it be done?

P.S. The BA phone agent, when I try to change a segment, said that the booking is done through a TRAVEL AGENT ?!?! So the BA travel shop is an agent but not directly with BA?

What should I do? thanks!
