First, I'd see if the airline regulatory authority would deal with the matter or at least try to get answers for the OP from the carrier. Only once repeated efforts at such fail to produce a satisfactory response would I consider further action -- and then if and only if I had damages to claim as a result of the denied boarding.
As you suggested earlier, I found a website "Transport Canada" where I can do a complaint about the airlines

and they will conduct an investigation. If I can't get a satisfied answer with them then I can see a lawyer. As you said, I definitely don't want spend more money as I already lost $2000.00. I appreciated your information. You definitely lead me to the right direction. Thank you very much !!!!
