Sure a few examples are the points for fees, for example the membership rewards fee is $18.50, this requires a spend of €5,000, so 0.37%.

I also looked at using points for travel a few months back that was around 0.5% value. I have not looked at Frequent flier conversions yet, but if I were to use airlines it would be either Lufthansa (partners), Brussels Airlines, Cityjet or at a push British Airways.
