Maybe to you (and others too), but in other parts of the world, First Class would imply something like International F, yet we use that term domestically for a far worse product.
Business Class in Europe is often little more than E+ with an empty middle, literally. Seat width is the same as economy on many airlines' Biz class outside the US.
