I can add that UA in their new business and first class seats have USB power but this is totally a ymmv situation as it is carrier specific as some have none, some have USB, some still have em-power (UA in their old first & business on 3 cabin a/c & some 57's and 320's) and some have a regular 220/100 plug (and some also have power in coach) tho as keloutwest notes, seatguru.com is a good place to start
