Its fine, assuming that you total journey is less than 20 total segments. The region segment count does not include the flights between regions. So HNL-SYD wouldn't count for either SWP or North America, but it will count for the 20 total segments.

Also, just a minor change. There is no LHR-LGA flight, so just change it to Newark or JFK and you will be fine.
