Call the airline (Lan Chile) that you're scheduled to be flying on that sector. And just simply cancel that flight only. Uplift the 'offending' coupon and just continue the journey. In fact, reconfirm with Lan Chile while you're at it. There is no 'change fee' involved as it does not involve a ticket reissue...

Trailfinders people are 'travellers' and not real actual fully trained/qualified travel agents... and thus have no concept in travel agency tricks and formalities as they go by the book.

Again.. do not tell BA what you are doing because they will advise you the same as Trailfinders.. and even try to ding you for a change fee "You cannot use a ticket that is out of sequence!". Well, you're not using it out of sequence...

Just do the above... please!
