I think that most Flyertalkers don't know what a travel document is either. For the airline employee, there is no excuse.


Those who have passports don't realize how many people travel on these, and others like merchant seamen documents, etc. Being in Thailand, who refuses to accept most refugees, I am familiar with a similar document, that can be used to determine residency, but not citizenship or travel rights.
