I recently looked at the MR catalogue and worked out that for most points the exchange range is around 0.3%, which seems to me rather poor. Therefore can anyone recommend good programmes I could use to get a better exchange rate? I live in the Benelux countries so perhaps the offers are slightly different.

I have to confess to being a little annoyed at the value, as in the past it was always around 0.7%, sometimes as much as 1% or if you swapped to Hilton as much as 2%.
