Smoked Ham and pasta salad with tomato pesto (I did not touch the ham, ugh! everything thing else around it was ok)


Herb crusted beef with morel sauce, oven roasted vegetables and fondue potatoes.


And I requested it cooked Medium Rare.

Marlborough Tinpot Hut Sauvignon Blanc was pretty average. (maybe it was better on the ground?)


I am a big fan of Shiraz but this time I preferred the Chateau Paloumey Haut-Medoc
