I was at BWI and waiting for the bus for 40 minutes, so I thought I would just ask if this station could handle a RTW ticket re-issue. That’s when the supervisor called tariffs, etc, etc and said that I could only have 20 segments and that it was doubtful if any BA airports would accept my current ticket. I had already flown the first LHR-CAI segment. She told me what was wrong including the empty fare calculation ladder, origin/destination box at top of form, missing conjuction ticket numbers on each and every coupons. She indicated that she would not do a ticket re-issue with the current one that I had. I have 28 segments on the current ticket and would like to replace my 1 flight LHR-SYD on BA with the LHR-HKG-AKL on CX. The other changes are switching some return flights, KIX for NRT. I am 90% happy with what I’ve got, so if it appears that the re-issue is not going to work, I’ll just use what I’ve got.

I may go to IAD BA office instead to see what is possible as I have yet to make the itineray changes.
