I picked up my ticket from AA agent in Cairo just about a week ago. While they do have a preference for wired funds because of CC fraud they did take a Diner's Charge so long as you sign the CC slip.

I made the reservations through the AA RTW desk and had Omnia at EMECO book me at the Nile Hilton for $77 including taxes and breakfast. I paid for the $18 meet and greet and signed my receipt at the hotel. Everything was as smooth as silk. I'm in the middle of the trip now in Jakarta and could be more happy with EMECO's service.
