This was (for me) one of United's better promotions. I had no idea I flew so often between SFO-ORD and for a stretch between June and July, I stopped counting the flights!

As a result, I'm very well beyond 1K for the year and still have several international flights in the queue. While maintaining GS has been iffy the last two years, I won't have a problem with it this year. (And yes, most of the flights [not all] were in one of the fare classes to retain GS status.)
