If the Air China lounge is the same as the one in my pictures, then yes, no more lounge bathrooms. When I asked last weekend, they told me that the only ones available were outside of the lounge.
While I haven't availed of the lounge bathrooms (domestic or international) during the past 2 months, I'd be shocked if they'd simply shuttered them up. What would they put in their place?
