You could also have a look at Schlosshotel Friedrichsruhe (http://www.schlosshotel-friedrichsru...das_hotel.html), located about an hour's drive south of Würzburg. I haven't been there myself, so can't vouch for it, but a friend of mine has and was quite impressed.
