I'd firstly like to thank you greatly for taking the time to come on here and answer some of our questions and let us know about the forthcoming changes to the Executive Club.
I am particualrly pleased to see the fantastic improvements in the ET/CE redemptions; this means I'll be redeeming in CE preferably now. The reduced amount of money is a real plus, although anything about £27 would be getting a bit steep.
I wonder if you could clarify in Italy where Milan is dropping to 9,000 miles, is Verona/Venice also dropping? Will there be a difference in the payment for LGW/LHR flights (presumably not?)
