Very slightly OT, but...

Just received the e-mail love note advising of the charge to my CC for a rental last week at DCA ($14...$2.50/day+$10 convenience). Crossed the Bay Bridge, kept box closed, paid tolls with cash (and expensed with receipts).

So, is the only option to decline any vehicle with the EZPass/SunPass, etc. box, since there is no way to avoid the charges??
