Be aware that if you are on a D class ticket, QF 301 is actually BA metal and there are no QF D or J seats sold on this flight. Take the BA flight number instead. Reason: BA have flat bed seats and QF do not. There was sufficient difference for the airlines not to codeshare in this class. QF seats are being progressively changed to flat beds in D & J, but this may not be complete for some time.
This is irrelevant if you are flying in F or Y class.
