Just got back from Beijing International T2 (not T3, see edit note below)... Was disappointed not to find pics available on Priority Pass iphone app, so decided to help the FT community with some recon. I was eventually stopped by BGS staff from taking pics, but I had already taken a fair lot already. Please find them below.
Air China Business -- easier to get a wireless account (just scan a passport at the self-service machine), good choice of meal-like food (rice porridge is good if you can appreciate it), but no lounge bathrooms. A bit of a homier feel to the lounge, with a wheel-oriented fountain.

BGS lounge -- must stop by front desk to get a wireless account, mostly Hors d'oeuvre food. There are lounge bathrooms. A business-oriented lounge, with dark wood trim all-around.
