But why couldn't they get the letter right in the first place? Its just bad comms and they shouldn't need to have to damage control a simple message. (incidentally, another case of bad comms is telling Gold Elites there will be an important update on benefits in July and completely missing that deadline)

I agree in hindsight we could have been a bit clearer

We are communicating a lot now so this will happen I guess
