It's only bad comms in your opinion because you infered a meaning to it that could only mean bad news.
I thought it was good comms because Airnz were warning me in advance of the possibility of bad news.
Hi guys Bruce Parton here
Sorry to take so long to get into this but we are all out on the road delivery the messages from our annual results
I was grateful to read the last post here as I was getting a bit frustrated reading the posts
To summarize (many thanks also to Verity our lounge manager in answering the posts )
For the rugby world cup there are huge numbers of people travelling
We have extra staff on board volunteers etc as you would expect
Some oh the HVCs When they travel push the envelope on Guests Abd turn up with five or ten extras
We often turn a bit of a blind eye to it as u r often on holiday etc
During the rugby period if we do that there will be occasions where we will be overflowing and therefore legit members won't be able to come in
That is a bad situation and so we are going to be tougher on guests during peak times to make sure it is fair
If I didn't tell you this I would get the emails saying we didn't communicate with you and that we had embarrassed you with family and friends and we get that and font want it to happen like that
Hence the email to tell you
We are trying to tell you all a lot as to what is happening with product alliances etc - you are right in that sometimes the tone or nuance could be better - at present this one came from ne in Australia in between two sessions so given I do thus myself you may have to bear with my poor inflections sometimes - not my best bit sadly
If you are Koru gold gold elite etc and didn't get it then I think we must have the incorrect email address
I will answer a few more comments shortly but need to do another presentation
Cheers
Bruce
