While Southwest hasn't had any major air incidents I'm sure they were heavily fined for not doing a lot of required maintenance on their planes, that can't be safe.

I won't fly on AF, they had the crash at YYZ, the mid ATL crash and they were the only airline to crash the world safest plane (concord).
