Are you talking about the flight miles with corresponding eqm's or the double eqm's (deqm's)? If the flight miles, yes call UA. If the deqm's, you might have just missed the last sweep so I would wait and see what happens as the promotion ends tonight (8/31) at midnight and a sweep (if not sweeps) will follow. But a silly question or 2...
Were you targeted? Your profile says "bay area" but is a bay area address the one on file with MP as that's how folks were targeted (SF, LAX, & ORD [plus surrounding areas])
Did you register for the promotion and if yes, did you register with your UA MP# or with your CO O/P number (assuming you have one) as if with a CO O/P number, then the miles & deqm's will post to your O/P account
