Did you try looking at the Dublin Airport website?
Or perhaps doing a Google search using "Dublin airport car rental"?
Hertz, Avis, Budget, Alamo, National, Sixt are all represented with counters at the airport, as well Argus, Dan Dooley, among others.

Automatics will be much more expensive than manual vehicles.
Other than the motorways, roads are much narrower in Ireland than the US.
