I have actually had good and bad experiences with Lufthansa but most of them have been good actually so I was quite surprised with the behavior of the FA. I had a similar situation where my sister wasn't feeling too well and we asked for an asprin as well when we were boarding. The FA got it for us immediately and kept checking up on us throughout the flight.
I also had one bad experience as well where I filed a complaint this was while I was flying Austrian Airways. I was quite detailed in my complaint and they took it quite seriously and I received and a very detailed email response to my email where they had investigated my complaint with the concerned person. So if you have provided all the details in your complaint I am sure they will respond.
Also I have flown other airlines as well and I think Lufthansa provides much better service than others.
