These itineraries look like a Circle Indian Ocean trip, i.e. Europe-Asia-SWP-Africa-Europe. On this trip you are limited to six stopovers and a maximum of two per continent. Also, you can only use regular Oneworld carriers, i.e. AY/BA/EI/CX/IB/QF/LA. This doesn't appear to meet your requirements.

There are 2 M class seats available on 29 November from SCL to SYD. Otherwise, you can hope LA opens up more seats as the date gets closer or add a fifth continent and travel to SYD via LAX. The five continent economy fare ex-CAI is EGŁ12000 (€1738).
