Nope, just entree, salad and rice/bread. Dessert is from Y. You can get 1 drink also from C class menus though, but other than that, that's about it for 5000 yen.

Not that I would do it for dinner, but for lunch that price is pushing it.
Lunch, dinner same thing, they can serve dinner as lunch or lunch as dinner, it is just how they called it depends on the time of day. I don't see they serve different food between lunch and dinner. Just like you they can serve steak for lunch, pasta for dinner, or they can do vice versa.
