I disagree on that one. I accept that the rules could be interpreted that way, but about two years ago I had a DONE3 starting in HKG which finished by going LHR-MNL-HKG on BA. The LHR-MNL included a transit at HKG. I had absolutely no problem getting this ticketed or using it. (And BA gave me an op-up LHR-MNL I remember
